Abstract
um método para controle de uma caçamba de vibração de compressão em um processo de compressão de uréia. um método para controle de uma caçamba de compressão (prilling) na compressão de uma uréia fundida (um), incluindo: alimentação da uréia fundida para uma caçamba de compressão (1) que vibra sob a ação de um dispositivo magnetostritivo (2), em que a vibração da caçamba é controlada, como uma função da quantidade de uréia fundida a ser comprimida (prilled), pelas seguintes etapas: aquisição de um sinal de entrada de variação de tempo (3) que representa a taxa de fluxo de alimentação de uréia fundida alimentada para a caçamba de compressão; geração de um primeiro sinal (5) e de um segundo sinal (6), independentemente um a partir do outro, como uma função de referido sinal de entrada (3); geração de um terceiro sinal (10) possuindo uma freqüência que é modulada por referido primeiro sinal e uma magnitude que é modulada por referido segundo sinal, e utilização de referido terceiro sinal para tracionar referido dispositivo magnetostritivo (2).
