Abstract

MÉTODO PARA OBTER DADOS DE UMA IMAGEM DE UM OBJETO DE UM USUÁRIO QUE POSSUI UMA CARACTERÍSTICA BIOMÉTRICA DO USUÁRIO E DISPOSITIVO MÓVEL. Um método para obtenção de dados a partir de uma imagem ou um objeto de um usuário que possui uma característica biométrica de usuário, como uma impressão digital ou um conjunto de impressões digitais da ponta dos dedos, uma palma da mão do usuário, um rosto do usuário, um olho do usuário, uma parte inferior de um pé do usuário, o método compreendo: em um dispositivo móvel, realizar as seguintes etapas: obter, por um sensor óptico do dispositivo móvel, a imagem do objeto em que a imagem contém ou a imitação ou o objeto real; processar, em uma etapa de identificação, a imagem, identificando assim tanto a posição do objeto quanto o objeto na imagem; em que o processamento compreende adicionalmente uma etapa de detecção por vivacidade, compreendendo o cálculo de pelo menos um dentre: um mapa de distância representativo de uma distância de uma pluralidade de pixels para o sensor óptico, os pixels constituindo pelo menos uma porção do objeto dentro da imagem; um padrão de reflexão representativo da reflexão da luz associada a uma pluralidade de pixels que constituem pelo menos uma porção do objeto dentro da imagem; e em que o processamento compreende adicionalmente uma etapa de comparação compreendendo comparar pelo menos um entre o mapa de distância calculada ou o padrão de reflexão calculado com um mapa de distância conhecida ou um padrão de reflexão conhecido, determinando assim, com base em um resultado da comparação, que a imagem contém ou a imitação ou o objeto real; obter, a partir da imagem, após o processamento, dados que compreendem pelo menos a característica biométrica e, opcionalmente, armazenar os dados em um dispositivo de armazenamento; enviar, para um dispositivo de computação de terceiros, dados que compreendem pelo menos a característica biométrica.
