dispositivo de armazenamento de elemento, instalação para armazenar elementos e método de comunicação. a invenção refere-se a um dispositivo (20) para armazenar elementos (12), cada um compreendendo uma primeira unidade de comunicação sem fio (15), o dispositivo (20) compreendendo: - um suporte de recepção (24, 26) que recebe os elementos (12), - uma segunda unidade de comunicação sem fio (30) gerando ondas e comunicando-se com cada primeira unidade (15) de acordo com um protocolo de comunicação, uma zona de comunicação (32) sendo uma zona tridimensional na qual a segunda unidade (30) se comunica com cada primeira unidade (15) quando cada primeira unidade (15) está localizada na referida zona (32) e não se comunica com uma primeira unidade (15) quando a referida primeira unidade (15) está localizada fora da referida zona (32), - um guia de ondas (31) capaz de guiar as ondas geradas de modo que uma dimensão (h) da zona de comunicação (32) seja estritamente maior que uma dimensão de referência (hr), a dimensão de referência (hr) sendo igual à dimensão da zona de comunicação (32?) quando o dispositivo (20) de armazenamento está sem guias de ondas (31).
