Abstract

mesclas de polipropileno-polietileno com propriedades aprimoradas. a presente invenção se refere a uma composição polimérica que compreende pelo menos os seguintes componentes a) 20 a 75 % em peso com base no peso total da composição polimérica de uma mescla de polímero, que compreende a1) polipropileno; a2) polietileno; em que a razão de peso de a1) para a2) é de 3:7 a 12:1; e em que a mescla de polímero a) é um material reciclado; b) 25 a 80 % em peso com base no peso total da composição polimérica de um homopolímero de polipropileno virgem; através do que o dito homopolímero de polipropileno virgem tem uma mfr2 (230 °c, 2,16 kg) determinada de acordo com iso 1133 na faixa de 10 a 40 g/10 min; um teor de solúvel em xileno (xcs) determinado de acordo com iso 16152, 1ed, 25 °c, com base no peso total do componente b) na faixa de 0,1 a 5,0 % em peso; e uma temperatura de pico de fusão medida de acordo com iso 11357 na faixa de 150 a 170 °c; com a condição de que as proporções de peso dos componentes a) e b) somem até 100 % em peso. além disso, a presente invenção se refere a um processo para fabricar a composição polimérica, ao uso do componente b) para melhorar as propriedades mecânicas de mesclas de polímero a), e aos artigos que compreendem a composição polimérica de acordo com a invenção.
