Abstract
copolímero de polioxazolina, uso do copolímero, produto médico biocompatível e processo de preparação de copolímeros. a presente invenção refere-se a um copolímero de polioxazolina (pox) que compreende pelo menos 20 unidades de oxazolina, incluindo pelo menos quatro unidades de oxazolina não terminais que contêm um grupo de ligação de cálcio selecionado a partir de bisfosfonato, citrato, ácido etilenodiaminotetra-acético (edta) e suas combinações. os copolímeros de pox de acordo com a presente invenção exibem afinidade muito alta para íons de cálcio e são capazes de formar hidrogéis devido à retícula reversível com íons de ca2+. os copolímeros de pox oferecem a importante vantagem de serem bioabsorvíveis. a afinidade de cálcio, a biodegradabilidade e as características de hidrogel do copolímero de pox podem ser facilmente definidas, já que o pox pode ser facilmente derivado ao longo de toda a cadeia principal polimérica e não apenas nos grupos terminais. os copolímeros de pox de acordo com a presente invenção podem ser adequadamente aplicados em uma série de aplicações biomédicas, tais como membranas de barreira, emplastros, redes, fitas, dispositivos de fixação de ossos, implantes ósseos, hidrogéis (injetáveis), cola para fixação de ossos e nanopartículas.
