método para determinar uma janela de contenção, dispositivo de comunicação, e, meio de armazenamento legível por computador não transitório. um método para determinar uma janela de contenção. o método inclui: obter (s210) uma informação de realimentação de solicitação de repetição automática híbrida (harq) baseada em tb dentro de um período de tempo predeterminado, em que a informação de realimentação de harq baseada em tb compreende um identificador de reconhecimento negativo (nack) e um identificador de reconhecimento positivo (ack); determinar (s220) uma razão do nack na informação de realimentação de harq baseada em tb; e determinar (s230) o cws da janela de contenção de acesso aleatório na banda de frequência não licenciada baseada na razão.
