método para isolar genes tcr. a presente invenção fornece métodos para recuperar repertórios de receptores de célula t (tcrs). em algumas modalidades, os repertórios de tcr são recuperados a partir de amostras não viáveis. em algumas modalidades, bibliotecas de pares de tcraß são criadas. em algumas modalidades, os métodos revelados são usados para imunoterapia de câncer ou para fins de diagnóstico. descritos na presente invenção, em algumas modalidades, são métodos de identificar sequências nucleotídicas codificando cadeias de receptor de células t a (tcra) e tcrß provenientes de uma biblioteca combinatória de ácidos nucleicos.
