composto, composição farmacêutica, processo para preparar um composto, composto intermediário, e, usode um composto, ou de um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável ou solvato do mesmo, ou de uma composição farmacêutica. a presente invenção se refere aos métodos para preparar uma variedade de derivados de difluoro-haloalilamina. a presente invenção também se refere aos novos derivados de difluoro-haloalilamina que são capazes de inibir certas enzimas de amina oxidase. estes compostos são usados para o tratamento de uma variedade de indicações, por exemplo, fibrose, câncer e/ou cicatriz em sujeitos humanos, bem como em animais de estimação e gado. além disso, a presente invenção se refere à composições farmacêuticas contendo estes compostos, bem como usos dos mesmos.
