sistema para torrefação de grãos de café. a presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de torrefação de grãos de café que compreende: - um aparelho de torrefação (1), sendo que o dito aparelho produz fumaça, e - uma unidade de tratamento de fumaça (2) configurada para coletar e tratar a fumaça produzida pelo aparelho de torrefação, em que: - o aparelho de torrefação compreende uma saída de fumaça (11), e - a unidade de tratamento de fumaça compreende: . uma entrada de fumaça (21) configurada para cooperar com a saída de fumaça do aparelho de torrefação, . uma subunidade de filtração de fumaça (22) que compreende ao menos um filtro de carvão ativo (221), . um impulsor de fumaça (23) configurado para circular a fumaça através da unidade de tratamento de fumaça do dispositivo de coleta de fumaça até uma saída (25) da unidade de tratamento de fumaça, sendo que a unidade de tratamento de fumaça (2) compreende uma entrada de ar (24) configurada para misturar a fumaça produzida pelo aparelho de torrefação (1) com o ar ambiente antes que a fumaça circule através da subunidade de filtração de fumaça (22).
