Abstract
métodos implementados por computador, sistema e pelo menos um meio legível por computador não transitório que armazena instruções executáveis por processador. aspectos do presente pedido proveem métodos e aparelhos para modelar, simular e tratar angioedema hereditário (hae). de acordo com alguns aspectos, um modelo quantitativo de farmacologia de sistemas (qsp) é provido para simular a efetividade da intervenção de fármaco no contexto de fisiopatologia de hae. o modelo qsp pode compreender uma pluralidade de modelos individuais, incluindo um ou mais modelos pk e/ou um ou mais modelos pd para simular a exposição a fármaco, engajamentos de alvo e taxa de ataque agudo em pacientes com hae. uma população de pacientes virtuais representando uma pluralidade de pacientes virtuais pode ser desenvolvida e inserida no modelo qsp para a execução de um ensaio clínico virtual. em algumas modalidades, o modelo qsp pode ser usado para avaliar uma resposta do sistema de contato e/ou uma efetividade de uma intervenção terapêutica para o tratamento de hae.
