Abstract

processo para a produção de um mancal de deslizamento multicamadas. a invenção se refere a um processo para a produção de um mancal de deslizamento multicamadas (1) que compreende as etapas de processo: - disponibilizar um portador (2); - disponibilizar um suporte do mancal (3); - aplicar o suporte do mancal (3) no portador (2), em que uma superfície de conexão do portador (5) é voltada a uma superfície de conexão do suporte do mancal (6); - deformar o suporte do mancal (3) por aplicação de força magnética sobre o suporte do mancal (3) por meio de um gerador de força magnética (16), em que, o suporte do mancal (3) é pressionado por meio do gerador de força magnética (16) no portador (2) e, com este, forma uma conexão em união não-positiva e/ou em união positiva e/ou por junção de material.
