Abstract
sistema eletrocirúrgico. trata-se de várias modalidades que fornecem um sistema eletrocirúrgico para tratar tecido biológico. o sistema compreende: um gerador eletrocirúrgico configurado para fornecer energia de micro-ondas pulsada e um instrumento eletrocirúrgico. o instrumento eletrocirúrgico compreende um cabo coaxial flexível para transportar a energia de microondas pulsada e uma porção de ponta radiante conectada a uma extremidade distal do cabo coaxial e configurada para receber a energia de micro-ondas pulsada. a porção de ponta radiante tem um diâmetro externo máximo que é 1,0 mm ou menor, e em que o diâmetro externo máximo da porção de ponta radiante é menor que o diâmetro externo do cabo coaxial. além disso, a porção de ponta radiante compreende: uma linha de transmissão coaxial proximal para transportar a energia de micro-ondas pulsada; e uma ponta de agulha distal montada em uma extremidade distal da linha de transmissão coaxial proximal, sendo que a ponta de agulha distal está disposta para entregar a energia de micro-ondas pulsada ao tecido biológico.
