Abstract
determinando a taxa de redução de uma caldeira de recuperação. a presente invenção permite determinar a taxa de redução de uma caldeira de recuperação utilizando informação ótica a partir de uma amostra de material químico fundido. um processador é utilizado para ler um quadro digital, pelo menos parte do qual representa a amostra de material químico fundido da caldeira de recuperação. uma área de interesse é determinada a partir do quadro digital lido compreendendo pelo menos parte da área no quadro digital representando a amostra de material químico fundido. a partir dos valores de pixel da área de interesse, um ou mais valores de característica espectral se correlacionando com a mudança da taxa de redução são determinados. a taxa de redução da caldeira de recuperação é determinada utilizando uma função de taxa de redução de um ou mais valores de característica espectral determinados ponderados em pesos predeterminados.
