método para monitoramento de link de rádio, terminal, estação base e meio de armazenamento. as modalidades deste pedido divulgam um método para monitoramento de link de rádio, um terminal, uma estação base e um meio de armazenamento. o método para o monitoramento de link de rádio inclui: na comunicação de sidelink, realizar uma medição de monitoramento de link de rádio rlm em um link de rádio entre terminais para monitorar a qualidade do link de rádio entre os terminais, em que, se um terminal for configurado com uma pluralidade de pools de recursos, a medição de rlm é realizada em cada pool de recursos, ou, se um terminal for configurado com uma pluralidade de feixes ou uma pluralidade de painéis de antena, a medição de rlm é realizada em cada feixe ou cada painel de antena. com as modalidades deste pedido, a qualidade do link de rádio na comunicação de sidelink pode ser monitorada.
