Abstract

FILTRO ROTATIVO FORNECIDO PARA A SEPARAÇÃO LÍQUIDO/SÓLIDO DE UMA SUSPENSÃO E MÉTODO DE FILTRAÇÃO PARA A SEPARAÇÃO LÍQUIDO/SÓLIDO DE UMA SUSPENSÃO POR MEIO DE UM FILTRO ROTATIVO. A presente invenção refere-se a um filtro rotativo (10) fornecido para a separação líquido/sólido de uma suspensão, que compreende uma bacia (12), um dispositivo de pulverização (32) e pelo menos um disco (14) unido por rotação a uma árvore principal (16), caracterizado pelo fato de que: - cada disco (14) tem uma primeira série (S1) de pelo menos um setor filtrante (50) que é separada de uma segunda série (S2) de pelo menos um setor filtrante (50) por duas regiões não filtrantes (54), - a árvore principal (16) tem um primeiro tubo (56) que se comunica com a primeira série (S1) de pelo menos um setor filtrante (50) de cada disco (14) e um segundo tubo (58) que se comunica com a segunda série (S2) de pelo menos um setor filtrante (50) de cada disco (14), - o dito filtro rotativo (10) possui dentes (102). A invenção também propõe um método de filtração.
