Abstract

MÁQUINA DE FABRICAÇÃO DE BEBIDA. Apresenta a referida máquina que inclui um mecanismo de aquecimento, um mecanismo de infusão e um mecanismo de resfriamento. O mecanismo de aquecimento esquenta a água da bebida enviando a água quente da bebida até o mecanismo de infusão. Existem dois mecanismos de infusão para a infusão de uma bebida quente e a bebida quente em uma bucha de resfriamento primário troca calor com a água na temperatura ambiente efetuando um primeiro resfriamento. A bebida após o primeiro resfriamento chega até a uma bucha de resfriamento secundário trocando calor com um fluido refrigerante sob baixa temperatura para realizar um segundo resfriamento para a produção de uma bebida gelada. O fluido refrigerante, após a troca de calor, dá entrada em um compensador refrigerante em refluxo até um recipiente de fluido refrigerante em que um compressor aciona o trocador de calor para baixar a temperatura do fluido refrigerante.
