método para comunicação sem fio e dispositivo terminal. trata-se de um método para comunicação sem fio e um dispositivo terminal, que são benéficos para garantir que os recursos de enlace lateral solicitados atendam aos requisitos de transmissão reais. o método inclui: um primeiro terminal que dispara um relatório de situação de armazenamento temporário de enlace lateral (bsr), em que o bsr de enlace lateral é usado para solicitar um recurso de enlace lateral para os primeiros dados de enlace lateral a serem enviados; e de acordo com as primeiras informações, o primeiro terminal que determina se dispara um solicitação de agendamento (sr) usado para solicitação o recurso de enlace lateral.
