encobrimento de lesões hipomineralizadas. a presente invenção está relacionada a composições e usos para reduzir a visibilidade de superfícies ou subsuperfícies dentárias hipomineralizadas, em particular no esmalte dentário. em um aspecto, a invenção envolve um método para reduzir a visibilidade de uma superfície ou subsuperfície dentária hipomineralizada, o método compreendendo (i) contatar a superfície ou subsuperfície dentária hipomineralizada com uma composição líquida compreendendo pelo menos 40% p/v de fosfato de cálcio amorfo (acp) e/ou fluoreto de fosfato de cálcio amorfo (acfp) fosfopeptídeo (pp) estabilizado a um ph menor ou igual a ph 6; e (ii) subsequentemente a (i), elevar o ph da composição líquida aplicada à superfície ou subsuperfície dentária hipomineralizada para igual a, ou maior que, cerca de 9, formando assim um gel em e/ou sobre a superfície ou subsuperfície dentária hipomineralizada, reduzindo assim a visibilidade de uma superfície ou subsuperfície dentária hipomineralizada.
