Abstract
composição para revestimento cerâmico, método de obtenção de uma massa base para revestimento cerâmico, uso da composição para revestimento cerâmico, e, placa cerâmica. a presente invenção descreve uma composição para revestimento cerâmico, em que a composição compreende uma mistura de materiais inorgânicos e um resíduo químico sólido, em que o resíduo químico sólido é uma lama de salmoura. a presente invenção também descreve um método de obtenção de uma massa base para revestimento cerâmico, o método compreendendo as etapas coleta da lama de salmoura; incorporação de 0,5% a 10,0% em peso de lama de salmoura, a uma massa cerâmica compreendendo materiais inorgânicos, posteriormente, homogeneização entre a massa cerâmica e a lama de salmoura; umidificação da mistura homogênea, adicionando de 1,0% a 15%, mais preferencialmente 8,0% em peso de água, com base no peso total da mistura homogênea umidificada; secagem total ou parcial da mistura homogênea umidificada, obtendo uma mistura homogênea seca na forma granulada e com baixo teor de umidade; prensagem para obtenção de uma massa base para revestimento cerâmico com pressão de compactação na faixa entre 180 e 260kgf/cm2; e tratamento térmico da massa base para revestimento cerâmico com temperatura na faixa de 800°c a 1650°c por um período de tempo de 20 a 75 minutos e resfriamento a temperaturas na faixa 100°c até 350°c. a presente invenção também está relacionada ao uso da composição para revestimento cerâmico na construção civil e à placas cerâmicas.
