Abstract
DISPOSITIVO DE RELAXAMENTO POR DESCOMPRESSÃO VERTICAL, dispositivo de relaxamento por descompressão vertical, dotado de tanque vertical, com escadas de acesso, com corrimão e escadas para acesso interno, e tirantes ajustáveis presos a encaixes para tirantes sendo dotado, ainda, de sistema de recirculação, aquecimento e esterilização do fluido, utilizado principalmente no tratamento de enrijecimento muscular e das fáscias.
Description
[01] A inovação pertence ao campo das necessidades humanas, mais especificamente da fisioterapia, Spas e relaxamento, exatamente um dispositivo de relaxamento por descompressão vertical.
[02] Fisioterapia é uma ciência da saúde aplicada ao estudo, diagnóstico, prevenção e tratamento de disfunções cinéticas funcionais de órgãos e sistemas. Sua gestão necessita do entendimento das estruturas e funções do corpo humano. Ela estuda, diagnostica, previne e trata os distúrbios, entre outros, cinético-funcionais (da biomecânica e funcionalidade humana) decorrentes de alterações de órgãos e sistemas humanos. Pode, ainda, ter efeitos analgésicos. Além disso, a fisioterapia estuda os efeitos benéficos dos recursos físicos como o movimento corporal, as irradiações e correntes eletromagnéticas, o ultrassom, entre outros recursos, sobre o organismo humano.
[03] O conceito músculo-osso apresentado na descrição anatômica usual resulta em um modelo puramente mecânico de movimento. Separa movimento em funções discretas, sem dar uma visão da perfeita integração vista em um corpo vivo. Quando uma parte se movimenta, o corpo responde como um todo. Funcionalmente, o único tecido ao qual se pode atribuir tal resposta, é o tecido conjuntivo.
[04] Temos como exemplo de tecido conjuntivo os ligamentos, cápsula articulares, tendões e as fáscias. A fáscia é um tecido plástico que funciona como um envelope para os músculos que são um tecido elástico. O músculo ao ser estirado tende a voltar ao seu comprimento de repouso, enquanto a fáscia se for estirada lentamente se deformará plasticamente.
[05] A fáscia quando é colocada em tensão tende a orientar as células de colágeno ao longo das linhas de tensão que são geradas em determinado movimento. A tensão através da fáscia estira as ligações entre as moléculas. Isto cria um fluxo elétrico conhecido como carga piezoelétrica. Esta carga pode ser lida pelas células nas proximidades da carga e as células do tecido conjuntivo são capazes de responder, aumentando, reduzindo, ou mudando os elementos intercelulares na área. A fáscia transmite informação mecânica - a interação entre tensão e compressão – por meio das fibras colágenas de sua rede fibrosa. Esse sistema fibroso tem uma forma simples de comunicação através de “puxões e empurrões” transmitida ao longo das fibras da fáscia e da substância fundamental.
[06] Aliada a característica de grande adaptabilidade do tecido conectivo, quando a fáscia é regularmente submetida a um aumento de estiramento fisiológico, os fibroblastos daquela área ajustam sua matriz remodelando a arquitetura do tecido para uma melhor resposta a demanda daquele local. Portanto, com ajuda dos fibroblastos, os tecidos estão lentamente, mas constantemente reagindo às tensões do dia-a-dia assim como ao treino específico, remodelando o arranjo da sua rede de fibras de colágeno. Segundo Neuberger et al., 1953 em um corpo saudável metade das fibras de colágeno são substituídas a cada ano. Interessantemente, os tecidos fasciais de pessoas jovens apresentam ondulações mais fortes entre suas fibras de colágeno, fazendo lembrar molas elásticas, onde em pessoas mais velhas as fibras aparecem bastante achatadas. Uma melhor qualidade de movimento elástico em pessoas jovens está associada com o arranjo bidirecional da sua rede de fáscia. Em contraste, com o envelhecimento e perda da flexibilidade na nossa marcha, a arquitetura fascial adquire uma forma acidental e multidirecional de arranjo das fibras.
[07] Sendo assim, criou-se uma máquina que auxilia na diminuição das tensões geradas em uma única direção das linhas de fáscia, promovendo uma diminuição das compressões resultantes do movimento unidirecional das linhas de fáscia.
[08] No sentido de contornar tais problemas, apresenta-se na técnica o Float ou Sensory Depravation Chamber, onde o paciente, em ambiente sob a privação de luz e som, é colocado em flutuação no sentido horizontal - deitado - para o relaxamento.
[09] Percebe-se na arte uma lacuna no que tange a dispositivos que permitam a flutuação no sentido vertical, possibilitando, deste modo, a descompressão articular e o total relaxamento do individuo através do corpo submerso salvo a sua cabeça e parte do pescoço.
[010] Diante desta lacuna, propõe-se um tanque vertical (1), preferencialmente com capacidade para 1500 l, com escadas de acesso (2) à borda superior, com corrimão (2B) e escadas para acesso interno (2C), dispostas, preferencialmente, no próprio corpo do tanque, em suas paredes internas e tirantes (4) ajustáveis - que virão ao longo do tratamento a ser fixados nos tornozelos do paciente - presos a encaixes para tirantes (3). É dotado, ainda, de recirculação por meio de bombas (5) - pelo menos uma - com sistema de aquecimento (6) do fluido de flutuação (não representado) e sistema de esterilização (7) do fluido, preferencialmente por meio de raios UV e/ou ozônio.
[011] A invenção pode ser mais bem compreendida por meio das figuras.
[012] A figura 1 é uma vista frontal da invenção com um paciente em tratamento.
[013] A figura 2 apresenta um corte lateral da invenção com um paciente em tratamento.

[015] Dada sua característica inovadora, é eficiente no tratamento de enrijecimento muscular e das fáscias.
[016] Em resumo, a inovação é um dispositivo de relaxamento por descompressão vertical, dotado de tanque vertical (1), com escadas de acesso (2), com corrimão (2B) e escadas para acesso interno (2C), e tirantes (4) ajustáveis presos a encaixes para tirantes (3) sendo dotado, ainda, de sistema de recirculação, aquecimento e esterilização do fluido, utilizado principalmente no tratamento de enrijecimento muscular e das fáscias.
[017] Esta inovação não se limita às representações aqui comentadas ou ilustradas, devendo ser compreendida em seu amplo escopo. Muitas modificações e outras representações da inovação virão à mente daquele versado na técnica à qual essa inovação pertence, tendo o benefício do ensinamento apresentado nas descrições anteriores e desenhos anexos. Além disso, é para ser entendido que a inovação não está limitada à forma específica revelada, e que modificações e outras formas são entendidas como inclusas dentro do escopo das reivindicações anexas. Embora termos específicos sejam empregados aqui, eles são usados somente de forma genérica e descritiva e não como propósito de limitação.

1. DISPOSITIVO DE RELAXAMENTO POR DESCOMPRESSÃO VERTICAL, caracterizado por ser substancialmente um tanque (1), preferencialmente vertical, dotado de escadas de acesso (2), com corrimão (2B) e escadas para acesso interno (2C), tirantes (4) ajustáveis presos a encaixes para tirantes (3) com recirculação por meio de pelo menos uma bomba (5), com sistema de aquecimento (6) do fluido de flutuação (não representado) e sistema de esterilização (7) do fluido.
