Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um método e dispositivo para preparar propileno e hidrocarbonetos c4 a partir de compostos contendo oxigénio. as principais características do método consistem em: retornar 70% em peso ou mais das frações leves do produto gerado para uma zona de fase densa de um reator de leito fluidizado rápido de um distribuidor de alimentação de reator na parte mais baixa do reator. reator de leito fluidizado para reagir etileno e os compostos contendo oxigio para realizar uma reaco de alquilao na presen de um catalisador para produzir produtos de propileno e semelhantes, e fazer circular 80% em peso ou mais dos hidrocarbonetos com 5 ou mais carbonos num tubo de elevação de craqueamento catalítico para realizar uma reação de craqueamento para gerar um produto contendo propileno e hidrocarbonetos c4, que é posteriormente alimentado em uma zona de fase diluída do reator de leito fluidizado rápido. o método e dispositivo da presente invenção melhoram a taxa de reação da alquilação de etileno, e a capacidade de produção do volume unitário do reator é alta.
