a invenção se refere a um dispositivo (1, 21) para inseminar artificialmente um mamífero com esperma de um animal reprodutor masculino, o esperma sendo introduzido através da vagina do animal no útero, ou sobre ele, do animal a ser inseminado. o dispositivo (1, 21) compreende um tubo (2) que pode ser movido no útero através da vagina do animal a ser inseminado e uma câmara aquecedora (6) para acomodar um tubo fino (7) contendo o esperma e um acionamento (13) por meio do qual o esperma pode ser removido do tubo fino (7) e a abertura do tubo do lado do útero (2). o dispositivo (1, 21) compreende um mecanismo que permite que o tubo fino (7) seja movido da câmara (6) para dentro do tubo (2).
