Abstract
a presente descrição se refere ao campo técnico de comunicações e se refere, particularmente, a um método e dispositivo de configuração de velocidade. o método compreende gerar a informação de indicação utilizada para indicar uma capacidade de velocidade suportada por uma unidade ue elwa; reportar para uma estação base lte a informação de indicação utilizada para indicar uma primeira velocidade da unidade ue elwa, a primeira velocidade sendo superior a uma segunda velocidade configurada para a unidade ue elwa por um ponto de acesso (ap) wlan. a presente descrição pode solucionar o problema no qual a unidade ue elwa não pode comunicar com a estação base lte e o ap wlan simultaneamente se a primeira velocidade for inferior à segunda velocidade, garantindo, assim, um equilíbrio de carga entre as redes lte e wlan.
