este pedido provê um método de envio e um método de recepção de sinal de sincronização, e um aparelho. o método de envio inclui: a determinação de um recurso de frequência alvo, onde uma posição de domínio de frequência do recurso de frequência alvo é determinada com base em um intervalo de frequência dos canais de sincronização, o intervalo de frequência de canais de sincronização é 2m vezes um recurso de frequência pré-definido de um bloco de recurso físico, e m é um inteiro não negativo pré-regulado; e o envio de um sinal de sincronização pelo uso do recurso de frequência alvo. nas modalidades deste pedido, a posição de domínio de frequência do recurso de frequência ocupado pelo sinal de sincronização é determinada com base no intervalo de frequência de canais de sincronização, e o intervalo de frequência de canais de sincronização é 2m vezes uma largura de banda de frequência pré-definida do recurso de frequência de um bloco de recurso físico pré-definido. isto é para o benefício de aumento de uma quantidade de recursos de frequência candidatos do sinal de sincronização, desse modo se aumentando as posições de mapeamento de domínio de frequência disponíveis para o sinal de sincronização.
