a invenção se refere a um compressor de meio de refrigeração semi-hermético, compreendendo um compressor de pistão e um motor elétrico, uma carcaça total, a qual apresenta uma seção da carcaça do motor para o motor elétrico, e uma seção da carcaça do compressor para o compressor de pistão, um trajeto do meio de refrigeração no lado de aspiração que conduz de uma conexão de aspiração na carcaça total para uma câmara de admissão do compressor de pistão, e um trajeto do meio de refrigeração no lado de pressão que conduz de uma câmara de exaustão do compressor de pistão para uma conexão de pressão na carcaça total. o objetivo da invenção é aperfeiçoar o compressor de pistão desse tipo de tal modo que, o compressor de pistão opere de modo mais eficiente. isso é obtido pelo fato que o motor elétrico é executado como motor síncrono em cujo rotor estão dispostos imãs permanentes para a operação síncrona do motor elétrico e uma gaiola de curto-circuito para a partida do motor elétrico na operação assíncrona.
