Abstract
trata-se de um dispositivo de purificação anaeróbica para a purificação de água residual, em que o dispositivo de purificação anaeróbica compreende: - um tanque de reator (10) configurado para, durante o funcionamento, ter uma manta de lodo formada na parte de fundo; - uma entrada de fluido (12) para, em funcionamento, introduzir afluente no tanque de reator, a entrada de fluido situada na seção inferior do tanque de reator (10); - pelo menos um sistema de coleta de gás (13); - pelo menos um dispositivo de separação de gás e líquido (30); - pelo menos um cano do tipo riser (22) conectado ao pelo menos um sistema de coleta de gás (13) e descarregar no dispositivo de separação de gás e líquido (30); - um tubo de alívio (24) conectado ao dispositivo de separação de gás e líquido (30) e descarga no fundo do tanque de reator (10); e - uma saída de fluido (16) que compreende meios para, em funcionamento, variar a altura do nível de fluido (19) no tanque de reator em uma faixa predeterminada, em que a saída de fluido é disposta na seção superior do tanque de reator (10); em que o meio de controle de nível de fluido compreende: uma válvula de fluido (15) configurado para controlar a altura do fluido no tanque de reator dentro da faixa predeterminada, um detector de nível de fluido (17), um medidor de fluxo de gás (33) configurado para medir a taxa de produção de gás no dispositivo de purificação anaeróbica, e uma unidade de controle configurada para regular a válvula de fluido (15) para variar a altura do nível de fluido no tanque de reator (10) com base em pelo menos um dentre o nível de fluido detectado pelo detector de nível de fluido (17) e a taxa de produção de gás detectada pelo medidor de fluxo de gás (33).
