Abstract
a invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de sincronização (1) para uma caixa de câmbio com um eixo (2)e uma roda de câmbio (4) disposta no eixo, sendo que o dispositivo de sincronização (1) compreende: um cubo (20), o qual é conectável ao eixo (2) de modo resistente à torção, uma luva deslizante (10), a qual assenta no cubo (20) de modo resistente à torção e é deslocável em direção axial, um elemento de travamento, o qual é adequado, em uma posição de travamento, para limitar a possibilidade de deslocamento da luva deslizante (10), um pacote de fricção, o qual compreende um anel de sincronização externo (40), um anel de sincronização interno (60) e um anel intermediário (50) disposto entre o anel de sincronização externo (40) e o anel de sincronização interno (60), sendo que o anel de sincronização externo (40) e o anel de sincronização interno (60) são conectáveis entre si, uma servounidade com uma primeira servosuperfície (26) em um primeiro componente e com uma segunda servosuperpfície (76) que encosta na primeira servosuperfície (26) em um segundo componente, sendo que um torque entre o primeiro componente e o segundo componente leva a um deslizamento longitudinal da primeira servosuperfície (26) em relação à segunda servosuperfície (76), sendo que é gerada uma força atuante axialmente sobre o pacote de fricção. de acordo com a invenção está previsto que a servoforça é dirigida para o pacote de fricção através do anel de sincronização externo (40), sendo que o anel de sincronização externo (40) é girável para o elemento de travamento.
