Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se à instalação de uma pá de turbina de vento entre o solo e um rotor de um gerador elétrico, montado em uma nacela (15) na parte de topo de uma torre (10), em que a pá (25) fica retida em um suporte (40), que é montado em um carrinho (30) disposto contra a torre. o carrinho é movimentado e orientado ao longo da torre usando pelo menos um cabo (32, 33), que é angulado de um modo tal a aplicar uma força tendo um componente horizontal na direção da torre para o carrinho.
