Abstract

A presente revelação se refere à modelagem de documentos clínicos de texto livre em uma estrutura hierárquica de dados similar a grafo com base nas relações semânticas entre os conceitos clínicos presentes nos documentos. Um método compreende analisar, identificar e anotar termos clínicos dentro de documentos clínicos de texto livre. Isso é realizado mediante o armazenamento, em um nó conceitual, de termos clínicos identificados. O nó conceitual é uma estrutura de dados que tem um conjunto de propriedades para categorizar conceitos armazenados. Os conceitos clínicos de documentos clínicos de texto livre são classificados em classes de evento clínico. Os documentos clínicos de texto livre incluem termos clínicos que foram associados a categorias de conceito clínico. A classificação de conceitos clínicos inclui organizar documentos clínicos de texto livre em seções que descrevem um aspecto específico dos documentos clínicos de texto livre que incluem um ou mais dentre os aspectos clínicos, técnicos ou administrativos dos documentos. São fornecidos vínculos entre conceitos clínicos, de modo que os conceitos clínicos individuais correspondam a nós conceituais individuais.
