a presente invenção se refere ao setor industrial e de extração e processamento de borracha natural e outros componentes de material vegetal. em particular, a invenção se refere a um processo para extrair látex, resina e borracha de guaiule e/ou plantas do tipo guaiule, que compreende colheita, preservação, tratamento mecânico e químico das partes da planta, o que é aplicável tanto em laboratório como em escala industrial e é caracterizado por rendimentos significativamente altos e alta qualidade dos produtos extraídos.
