Abstract

de acordo com este procedimento, são realizadas as seguintes etapas: a) imersão de um molde com um formato definido (4) em um processo de imersão em um poli-isopreno (ir) sintético líquido (látex sintético), em que o molde com formato definido (4) foi tratado anteriormente com agente de coagulação (coagulantes) ou tratado de forma térmica; b) após a imersão, uma camada de poli-isopreno sintético é obtida sobre o molde com formato definido (4) e está livre de todos os sais com água; c) posteriormente, a camada de poli-isopreno sintético junto ao molde com formato definido (4) é vulcanizada em uma estufa; d) a camada de poli-isopreno sintético obtida é removida do molde (4), e) os sais, precipitados pela vulcanização na estrutura obtida de poli-isopreno sintético (11), são retirados com água e uma solução contendo cloro; f) a estrutura obtida de poli-isopreno sintético (11) é tratada para neutralizar seu ph e aumentar seu conforto quando em contato com a pele do corpo, por meio de uma solução apropriada para halogenação; g) a estrutura moldada de poli-isopreno sintético (11) é seca. as luvas eletro-protetoras assim produzidas são muito mais confortáveis ao vestir, proveem melhor isolamento, mesmo com espessura de parede mais fina, e são mais duráveis.
