Abstract
processo de operação do sistema de ar condicionado (5) de uma cabina (1) de uma máquina, o dito sistema compreendendo: um circuito (9) para fornecer a dita cabina com ar prove,niente de um ramo de reciclagem (9a) e um ramo exterior (9b); um dispositivo de sopro (10) para fornecer um fluxo de ar (fe) dentro do dito circuito; meios de filtração (11, 11a, 11 b, 15) para remover poluentes do ar (fr, fe) moldado por sopro na cabina (1) através do dito circuito; o dito processo compreendendo um procedimento regular em que o sistema (5) é operado para equilibrar o ar fornecido por cada um dos ramos (9a, 9b), o dito processo compreendendo o monitoramento de um sinal indicativo de uma potencial contaminação da cabina (1) e, após a detecção de tal sinal, um procedimento de lavagem em que o sistema (5) é operado para: aumentar o fluxo de ar (fe) fornecido na cabina (1) pelo dispositivo de sopro (10) através do circuito (9); equilibrar o dito fluxo de ar para fornecer ar (fe) proveniente apenas do ramo exterior (9b) fechando o ramo de reciclagem (9a); e abrir uma aba de escape (28) dentro da cabina (1) para aumentar o fluxo de ar evacuado; o dito procedimento de lavagem sendo realizado por um período de tempo determinado antes de realizar novamente o procedimento regular.
