Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se às moléculas de ácido nucleico e métodos de uso das mesmas para controle de pragas de inseto através de inibição mediada por rna de interferência de sequências alvo codificantes e não codificantes transcritas em pragas de insetos, incluindo pragas coleópteras e/ou hemípteras. a invenção também se refere a métodos para produzir plantas transgênicas que expressam moléculas de ácido nucleico úteis para o controle de pragas de insetos, e células vegetais e plantas obtidas por meio destes.
