Abstract
um trocador de calor de placa tem aberturas nas placas que definem dutos de retorno e abastecimento e que se estendem através da pilha de placas. os dutos de abastecimento e de retorno são hidraulicamente conectados aos dutos de fluxo localizados entre as placas e a um tubo disposto coaxialmente em cada um dos dutos de abastecimento e de retorno. os tubos têm orifícios na parede de tubo para fornecer a conexão hidráulica aos dutos de fluxo. um trocador de calor de placa simples e rentável que pode resistir a altas pressões é alcançado por os tubos se estenderem através da pilha inteira para formar um tirante entre um lado superior e um lado inferior da pilha de placas. o tubo tem um diâmetro correspondente ao diâmetro das aberturas nas placas de modo que a parede de tubo seja metalurgicamente firmemente conectada a pelo menos algumas bordas das aberturas.
