Abstract
um método de operar um sistema de perfuração, o sistema de perfuração compreendendo: uma coluna de perfuração que se estende para dentro de um furo de poço, um acionador operável para girar a coluna de perfuração, uma bomba operável para bombear fluido de perfuração pela coluna de perfuração abaixo, uma cabeça de poço montada no topo do furo de poço, um tubo ascendente estendendo-se para cima a partir da cabeça de poço em torno da coluna de perfuração, um obturador de poço que é montado sobre a cabeça de poço e que é operável para se fechar em torno da coluna de perfuração para impedir substancialmente fluxo de fluido a partir do espaço anular em torno da coluna de perfuração no furo de poço para dentro do espaço anular em torno da coluna de perfuração no tubo ascendente (a coroa circular do tubo ascendente), o bop tendo um elemento de vedação que engata com a coluna de perfuração quando o bop é operado para se fechar em torno da coluna de perfuração, um dispositivo de fechamento de tubo ascendente que é montado no tubo ascendente e que é operável para se fechar em torno da coluna de perfuração para impedir substancialmente fluxo de fluido ao longo da coroa circular do tubo ascendente, um conduto de retorno, uma saída de fluxo que é prevista no tubo ascendente abaixo do dispositivo de fechamento de tubo ascendente e que conecta a coroa circular do tubo ascendente ao conduto de retorno, em que o método compreende as etapas de, depois de determinar que há ou pode haver uma necessidade de fechar o bop, implementar um procedimento de controle compreendendo as seguintes etapas: a) operar o acionador para deter a rotação da coluna de perfuração, b) fechar o dispositivo de fechamento de tubo ascendente (se já não fechado), c) operar a bomba para deter o bombeamento de lama para dentro da coluna de perfuração, d) fechar o obturador de poço, caracterizado pelo fato de que o método inclui ainda a etapa de e) aumentar a pressão do furo de poço controlando a vazão de fluido ao longo do conduto de retorno.
