Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se aos artigos revestidos com revestimentos de baixa emissividade ativados de modo sequencial e/ou métodos de fazer o mesmo. em certas modalidades de exemplo, uma ou mais camadas refletoras de infravermelho são ativadas através de uma ativação de pré-condicionamento de não equilíbrio que utiliza fótons com faixas de frequências/frequência específicas, seguida por uma ativação térmica com mais equilíbrio. a ativação de pré-condicionamento ajuda a rearranjar os átomos de prata para posições energeticamente favoráveis, ao mesmo tempo em que ajuda a evitar a sua aglomeração indesejada. a etapa de mais equilíbrio térmico de ativação ajuda no alinhamento dos potenciais químicos das camadas da pilha e na densificação adicional da camada de prata pré-condicionada. ao fazer isso, por sua vez, ajuda a reduzir a probabilidade de acúmulo de tensões no revestimento, de formação de defeitos pontuais e dimensionais, de outros fenômenos de redução de eficiência não desejados, e/ou similares. de um modo vantajoso, a emissividade pode ser reduzida para um valor inferior àquele que pode ser alcançado ao usar abordagens convencionais sozinhas, como térmicas, de flash e de varredura a laser.
