Abstract

a presente invenção se refere a um acionador para deslocamento axial de um objeto. o acionador compreende um volume de cilindro possuindo uma primeira porção (6), e um disco de pistão acionador (5) que é deslocável para frente e para trás na direção axial em referido volume de cilindro entre uma posição inativa e uma posição ativa, um canal de entrada (11) se estendendo entre uma entrada de fluido de pressão (12) e a primeira porção (6) do volume de cilindro, um primeiro corpo de válvula de entrada (15) disposto em referido canal de entrada (11), um canal de saída (13) se estendendo entre a primeira porção (6) do volume de cilindro e uma saída de fluido de pressão (14), e um corpo de válvula de saída (37) disposto em referido canal de saída (13). em concordância com a presente invenção, o acionador é caracterizado pelo fato de que o pistão escravo (17) é deslocável para frente e para trás em um furo (uma perfuração) (18), o pistão escravo (17) sendo configurado para, durante sua movimentação a partir da posição inativa para a posição ativa, deslocar referido primeiro corpo de válvula de entrada (15) para uma posição ativa, o pistão escravo (17) interagindo com uma abertura (28) que conecta o furo (18) e um canal de pressão de controle (29), referidas abertura (28) possuindo uma primeira área de fluxo (a1) quando o pistão escravo (17) está localizado em sua posição inativa e uma segunda maior área de fluxo (a2) quando o pistão escravo (17) está localizado em sua posição ativa.
