Abstract
a presente invenção se refere a um método para degradar dna em uma amostra obtida por fermentação microbiana ou biotransformação, compreendendo tratar a amostra com uma combinação de temperatura aumentada e ph baixo. ela também se refere a um método para liberar dna de uma célula microbiana compreendendo incubar a célula microbiana a uma temperatura de 45°c a 55°c por duas a dez horas. finalmente, a presente invenção provê um método para produzir um produto compreendendo uma etapa de liberar o dna de uma célula microbiana e degradar o dito dna.
