Abstract

a presente invenção revela um método para limitar uma tensão na direção reversa de um diodo emissor de luz 6 que é disposto em um elemento seguro, em que o diodo emissor de luz 6 é eletricamente conectado em paralelo a uma bobina 2 e a conectores de tensão operacional de um circuito integrado 4, em que a bobina 2 serve tanto para suprir energia para o circuito integrado 4 e para o diodo emissor de luz 6, no sentido de que uma tensão elétrica é induzida na bobina 2 por meio de um campo eletromagnético produzido por um terminal externo, quanto para a transmissão de dados sem contato entre o circuito integrado 4 e o terminal externo, em que o circuito integrado 4 serve para processar dados que são transmitidos entre o terminal e o circuito integrado 4, que é distinguido pelo fato de que um regulador de derivação regula a tensão operacional necessária para a operação do circuito integrado 4 para um valor dentro de uma faixa permissível e limita a dita tensão operacional, desse modo, para que uma tensão maximamente admissível na direção reversa do diodo emissor de luz (6) não seja excedida.
