Abstract
o processo compreende as seguintes etapas: a) fornecimento de um primeiro banho de um metal líquido (1) que compreende o alumínio com um teor x e magnésio com um teor y, o teor y em magnésio sendo diferente de zero; b) imersão pelo menos em parte de um sonótrodo (3) formado em um material inerte ao alumínio líquido, no primeiro banho de metal líquido (1); e c) aplicação dos ultrassons de potência ao sonótrodo (3), de modo a excitar o metal líquido (1) até a obtenção de um umedecimento (5) do sonótrodo (3) pelo metal líquido (1); d) resfriamento do primeiro metal líquido (1) do primeiro banho até a obtenção da solidificação do primeiro metal líquido (1) em torno do sonótrodo (3), gerando uma ligação intima (6) entre o sonótrodo (3) e o primeiro metal líquido (1) solidificado que apresenta uma força de ligação sensivelmente igual àquela de uma mistura entre dois metais; e) usinagem do primeiro metal (1) solidificado sob a forma de um flange (7) configurado para a fixação de um amplificador mecânico e/ou de um transdutor (4).
