Abstract

APARELHO DE MISTURAÇÃO E SUA UTILIZAÇÃO. A presente invenção se refere a um aparelho de misturação para misturação de partículas em um líquido e em que suas utilizações são apresentadas. O aparelho de misturação compreende um tanque (1) possuindo um fundo (2) e uma parede lateral substancialmente vertical (3), um recurso de agitação (4) compreendendo um eixo de rotação (5) localizado verticalmente e centralmente no tanque (1), e um impulsor (6) disposto em uma altura acima do fundo (2) na extremidade do eixo de rotação (5) e o impulsor (6) sendo um impulsor de fluxo de bombeamento descendente axial ou misturado. Em concordância com a presente invenção, o fundo (2) é equipado com uma formação corrugada (7) compreendendo cumes (cristas) (8) e vales (depressões) (9) consecutivos alternados, os cumes (8) e os vales (9) se estendendo radialmente em relação para um centro do fundo (2), por intermédio do que os vales (9) concentram e canalizam o poder de misturação próximo para o fundo (2) para direcionar fluxo do líquido e para aumentar a velocidade do fluxo próximo para o fundo (2) e em que a altura de pelo menos um dos cumes (8) diminui quando movimentando a partir da parede lateral (3) em direção do centro do fundo (2) do tanque (1) e o ponto o mais alto do cume (8) é em uma altura de 0,1 vezes - 1 vez o raio do fundo (2), preferivelmente de 0,35 vezes o raio do fundo (2).
