Abstract

um molde de areia verde para fundição no qual uma cavidade para permitir que um metal em fusão flua para o mesmo é formada mediante o empilhamento de pelo menos um par de membros do molde de areia verde, de maneira tal que as partes da cavidade são alinhadas umas com as outras. no molde de areia verde para fundição, cada um dos membros do molde de areia verde é moldado com areia de fundição contendo um material de aglutinação e água, uma camada de revestimento principalmente composta por uma resina curável é formada sobre a superfície de pelo menos a parte da cavidade de cada membro do molde de areia verde, a camada de revestimento tem poros permeáveis que têm uma permeabilidade suficiente para liberar o gás gerado durante o vazamento, e o teor de água na camada de superfície que tem uma espessura de 5 mm a partir da superfície da cavidade, que inclui a camada de revestimento, é menor do que o teor de água de cada molde de areia verde.
