Abstract
PARTÍCULAS FUNCIONAIS, PROCESSO DE OBTENÇÃO E SUAS APLICAÇÕES. A presente invenção diz respeito a um processo de obtenção e formulação de partículas funcionais de sílica e de outros materiais com princípios ativos/compostos para aplicação em polímeros, tintas, argamassas, cerâmica, cimentos, têxtil, farmacêutica, vernizes, papel, argilas, cosméticos, sensores e efluentes. A presente divulgação descreve uma partícula funcional para ligação a um substrato que compreende: um grânulo que compreende óxido ou hidróxido de um elemento selecionado da seguinte lista: sílica, magnésio, zinco, ferro, cobre, prata, alumínio, ouro, titânio, ou suas misturas com uma dimensão entre 90nm-500nm; um ligante que compreende compostos baseados em silanos o qual liga o exterior grânulo ao substrato; um composto funcional/composto ativo ligado à superfície do grânulo, ao ligante, ou a ambos; em que o composto funcional é pelo menos um dos seguintes compostos: anti- mosquito/repelente/anti-insetos, fungicida, antimicrobiano/bactericida, anti-micótico, anti- fogo, protetores UV, larvicidas, hidrofóbicos, vitaminais, hidratantes, cosméticos, medicamentos, aumento de propriedades mecânicas, propriedades magnéticas ou suas misturas.
Description
[001] A presente divulgação diz respeito ao processo de obtenção e formulação de partículas funcionais de sílica e de outros materiais com ou sem princípios ativos para aplicação em polímeros, tintas, argamassas, cerâmica, cimentos, têxtil, farmacêutica, vernizes, papel, argilas, cosméticos, sensores e efluentes.
[002] Os princípios ativos/compostos funcionais a se transportar podem ser escolhidos do seguinte grupo: bactericidas, fungicidas, anti-micóticos, aromas, repelentes, inseticidas, pesticidas, larvicidas, vitaminais, solução tampão, hidratantes, cosméticos, medicamentos, protetores UV, retardante de chama, aumento de propriedades mecânicas, propriedades magnéticas, hidrofóbicos e condutores elétricos.
[003] O documento WO2010114632A2 divulga um processo de funcionalização de nanopartículas metálicas que lhes permite ter propriedades de agregação/desagregação reversíveis. A composição é uma nanopartícula funcionalizada com um material de revestimento e a porção exterior do material de revestimento é funcionalizado com polietileno glicol (PEG).
[004] O documento US 2010/0136124 A1divulga um processo para libertação de drogas na pele e descreve uma formulação em capsula revestida de partículas para ser aplicada na pele, por exemplo, para o tratamento de uma doença. A formulação descrita compreende gotículas à base de óleo ou aquosas que contêm uma substância ativa dentro de um revestimento de nanopartículas, particularmente nanopartículas de sílica.
[005] O documento WO2006102377A2 divulga um processo de contrataste para uso em ressonância magnética. Refere-se à funcionalização de nanopartículas magnéticas com um grupo funcional, para serem aplicadas na área biomédica, por exemplo, na ressonância magnética. A composição compreende: uma nanopartícula magnética funcionalizada, que possui um grupo funcional que tem afinidade diferencial para um tecido do cérebro, e um transportador aceitável a nível farmacêutico.
[006] Estes fatores são descritos de forma a ilustrar o problema técnico resolvido pelas realizações do presente documento.
[007] A presente divulgação descreve uma partícula funcional para ligação a um substrato que compreende: S um grânulo que compreende óxido ou hidróxido de um elemento selecionado da seguinte lista: sílica, magnésio, zinco, ferro, cobre, prata, alumínio, ouro, titânio, ou suas misturas com uma dimensão entre 90nm-500 nm; S um ligante que compreende compostos baseados em silanos, o qual liga o exterior do grânulo ao substrato; S um composto funcional/composto ativo ligado à superfície do grânulo, ao ligante, ou a ambos; S em que o composto funcional é pelo menos um dos seguintes compostos: antimosquito/ repelente/anti-insetos, fungicida, antimicrobiano/bactericida, anti- micótico, retardante de chama, protetores UV, larvicidas, hidrofóbicos, vitaminais, hidratantes, cosméticos, medicamentos, aumento de propriedades mecânicas, propriedades magnéticas ou suas misturas, entre outros.
[008] As partículas descritas são funcionalizadas com diversos princípios ativos, que se encontram à superfície, e agentes de ligação, mas que não envolve uma cápsula.
[009] As partículas funcionais descritas na presente divulgação aumentam o efeito do composto ativo (ou composto funcional) - ver figura 6/7 e conseguem ainda que o efeito prevaleça mesmo após diversas utilizações e ou lavagens - ver tabelas I-VIII.
[010] O grânulo não tem uma forma fixa pode ser, esférico, ovalar, irregular, poroso. A dimensão do grânulo pode ser obtida por diversos métodos por exemplo sol-gel, precipitação simples de sais.
[011] O tamanho dos grânulos e/ou partículas pode ser determinado por vários métodos convencionais, nomeadamente microscopia eletrônica - scanning electron microscope (SEM).
[012] Em uma realização as partículas descritas na presente divulgação têm uma dimensão das partículas vária entre 90 nm-500 nm, de preferência 120 nm-250 nm.
[013] Em uma realização as partículas descritas na presente divulgação o substrato pode ser selecionado da seguinte lista: polímeros, tintas, argamassas, argilas, cimentos, têxteis, vernizes, papel, cosméticos, detergentes, laminados, tecido não tecido, peles, sensores e efluentes.
[014] Em uma realização das partículas descritas na presente divulgação, o composto funcional/composto ativo pode ser pelo menos um dos seguintes: antimosquito/repelente/anti-insetos, fungicida, antimicrobiano/bactericida, anti-micótico, retardante de chama, vitaminas, hidratantes, corantes, protetores UV, aromas, óleos essenciais, medicamentos, larvicidas, magnéticos, hidrofóbicos, ou suas misturas.
[015] Em uma realização das partículas descritas na presente divulgação, o repelente pode ser selecionado entre: Etil butilacetilaminopropionato, permetrina, deltametrina, p- 3,8metano-diol, icaridina / Saltidin, N,N-dimetil-meta-toluamida (DEET), óleo de citronela, metilneodecanamida, fipronil, empentrina, d-Aletrina, butóxido de piperonilo, transflutrina, braletrina, bifenotrina, piriproxifeno, imidacloprida, brodifacume, betrametrina, bmidacloprida, bromadiolona, bumatetralil, blocumafena, bipermetrina, citriodiol ou suas misturas.
[016] Em uma realização das partículas descritas na presente divulgação, o fungicida pode ser selecionado da seguinte lista: óleo de aipo, clorexidina gluconato, cloreto de benzalcônio, óxido de zinco, óleo de árvore-do-chá, octilisotiazolinona, cloreto de di-N- decildimetilamônio, fenoxietanol, benzimidazol ou suas misturas.
[017] Em uma realização das partículas descritas na presente divulgação, o antimicrobiano pode ser selecionado entre: peróxido de benzoílo, óleo de aipo, clorexidina gluconato, cloreto de benzalcônio, óxido de zinco, óleo árvore do chá, orto fenil fenol, 2-benzil-4-clorofenol, brometo de cetiltrimetilamônio, nitrato de prata, nitrato de zinco, nitrato de cobre, octilisotiazolinona, di-N-decildimetilamônio cloreto, fenoxietanol, quitosana ou suas misturas.
[018] Em uma realização as partículas descritas na presente divulgação o anti-micótico pode ser selecionado de uma lista constituída por: cetoconazole, terbinafina, sertaconazole, clotrinazol, fluconazol, itraconazol, fluconazol, nistatina, óleo de aipo, clorexidina gluconato, cloreto de benzalcônio, octilisotiazolinona, cloreto de di-N- decildimetilamônio, ou suas misturas.
[019] Em uma realização as partículas descritas na presente divulgação o retardante de chama pode ser selecionado de uma lista constituída por: borato de zinco, hidróxido de magnésio, hidróxido de alumínio, ácido bórico, polifosfato de alumínio, polifosfato de amônio ou suas misturas.
[020] Em uma realização as partículas descritas na presente divulgação o protetor UV pode ser selecionado de uma lista constituída por: 1H-benzotriazol, trisiloxano de drometrizol, ácido p-aminobenzóico, cinoxato, dioxibenzona, homossalato, octocrileno, metoxicinamato de octilo, avobenzona, óxido titânio, óxido de zinco, benzofenona-9, bemotrizinol, ou suas misturas.
[021] Em uma realização as partículas descritas na presente divulgação o medicamento pode ser selecionado entre: ivermectina, diclofenaco, indometacina, piroxicam, naproxeno, alantoína, cafeína, ácido hialurônico, ácido salicílico, hidrogenia, picetoprofeno, lactato de amónio ou suas misturas.
[022] Em uma realização das partículas descritas na presente divulgação, o larvicida pode ser selecionado de uma lista constituída por: 4-hidroxibenzoato de metila, temefós, diflubenzuron, novaluron, piriproxifeno, diflubenzuron, metopreno ou suas misturas.
[023] Em uma realização das partículas descritas na presente divulgação, podem compreender ainda vitaminais, hidratantes, cosméticos, ou suas misturas.
[024] Em uma realização das partículas descritas na presente divulgação, em que o ligante é selecionado de uma lista constituída por (3-glicidiloxipropil) trimetoxissilano, octiltrietoxissilano, octiltrimet-oxissilano, propiltrietoxissilano, propiltrimet-oxissilano, 3- aminopropiltri-etoxisilano, 3-aminopropiltri-metoxisilano, Hydrosil 2909, Hydrosil 2627, propiltrietoxissilano 3-glicidiloxi, Dynasylan F 8815, 3-metacril-oxipropil-trimetoxissilano, Dynasylan® 2926 Hydrosil, 3-aminopropil-metil-dietoxisilano, 3- [dietoxi (metil) silil] propan-l-amina, 3-Glicidiloxipropilmetildimetoxissilano, 3- Glicidiloxipropilmetildietoxissilano ou suas misturas.
[025] Outro aspeto da presente divulgação descreve uma composição que compreende as partículas descritas na presente divulgação.
[026] Em uma realização, a composição descrita na presente divulgação pode compreender: J ligante 1%-50% (p/v), de preferência 5-50% (p/v), mais de preferência 20-50% (P/v); J composto ativo/composto funcional 0.1-95% (p/v), de preferência 50-80% (p/v); J 0.1%-98% (p/v) de um grânulo que compreende óxido ou hidróxido selecionado da seguinte lista sílica, magnésio, zinco, ferro, cobre, prata, alumínio, ouro, titânio, ou suas misturas com uma dimensão entre 90nm-500nm, de preferência 0.1-50% (p/v), mais de preferência 0.1-20% (p/v).
[027] Em uma realização a composição descrita na presente divulgação pode compreender ainda um amaciador, um dispersante, solventes ou suas misturas.
[028] Em uma realização a composição descrita na presente divulgação poderá ser usada na medicina, nomeadamente no tratamento de infeções cutâneas, dermatites, feridas, úlceras nomeadamente pé diabético (em fraldas, absorventes higiênicos, meias ou compressas).
[029] Um outro aspeto da presente invenção mostra o uso das partículas funcionais descritas e/ou da composição para funcionalizar substratos e melhorar o efeito do composto ativo.
[030] Um outro aspeto da presente invenção descreve artigos que compreenderem as partículas e/ou composições descritas. Em particular, em que os artigos são: ou artigos de vestuários, calçado, ou chapelaria, ou argamassas, ou polímeros, ou artigos cerâmicos, ou artigos argilosos ou borracha, ou polímeros, ou tintas, ou cimentos, vernizes, papel, saúde, ou sensores, ou produtos químicos, cosméticos ou farmacêuticos.
[031] Um outro aspeto da presente invenção descreve método para a obtenção de grânulos que compreender os seguintes passos: J dissolver em água um sal, um nitrato ou sulfato ou cloreto de um elemento selecionado da seguinte lista: sílica, magnésio, zinco, ferro, cobre, prata, alumínio, ouro, titânio, ou suas misturas sob agitação; J opcionalmente adicionar 0,1 -10g de tensoativo à solução anterior; J adicionar uma solução alcalina para precipitar a solução anterior sob agitação durante 30 min-1,5h e obter os grânulos; S adicionar aos grânulos obtidos anteriormente os ligantes e os princípios ativos selecionados.
[032] Uma realização do método descrito compreender dissolver em água 40 ml de água, 6-30g de metassilicato de sódio sob agitação.
[033] Uma realização do método descrito os sais podem ser: S um metassilicato sódio pentahidratado ou; S um nitrato dos elementos selecionados da seguinte lista: sílica, magnésio, cálcio, ferro, cobre, prata, zinco, alumínio, ouro, titânio, ou suas misturas ou; S um sulfato dos elementos selecionados da seguinte lista: sílica, magnésio, cálcio, ferro, cobre, prata, zinco, alumínio, titânio, ou suas misturas ou; S um cloreto dos elementos selecionados da seguinte lista, sílica, prata, cálcio, magnésio, ferro, zinco, cobre, alumínio, ouro, titânio, e suas misturas ou suas misturas.
[034] Em uma realização do método descrito, o tensoativo é selecionado da seguinte lista: poliéter, polietilenoglicol (PEG), óxido de polietileno (PEO), óxido de polietileno-co- óxido de polipropileno (PPO), óxido de co-polietileno, álcool polivinílico (PVA), poli (vinil pirrolidinona) (PVP), óxido de polietileno-óxido de polipropileno -óxido de polietileno (PEO-PPO-PEO), Brometo cetrimónio, Dodecil sulfato de sódio (SDS), ou suas misturas.
[035] Em uma realização do método descrito, na precipitação são usadas soluções alcalinas ou ácidas.
[036] Um outro aspeto da presente invenção descreve um método de aplicação das partículas e/ou composições descritas nas reivindicações anteriores que compreender a pulverização, imersão ou aditivação das partículas funcionais descritas e/ou composições descritas.
[037] Ao longo da descrição e reivindicações a palavra "compreende" e variações da palavra, não têm intenções de excluir outras características técnicas, aditivos, componentes ou passos. Objetos adicionais, vantagens e características da invenção irão tornar-se evidentes para os peritos na técnica após o exame da descrição ou podem ser aprendidos pela prática da invenção. Os seguintes exemplos e figuras são fornecidos como forma de ilustração, e não têm a intenção de serem limitativos da presente invenção. Além disso, a presente invenção abrange todas as possíveis combinações de formas de realização particulares ou preferenciais aqui descritas.

[039] A presente invenção diz respeito ao processo de obtenção de partículas funcionais com princípios ativos e suas aplicações na área têxtil (como bactericida, fungicida, antiodor, repelente, anti-mosquito, anti-micótico, retardante de chama, vitaminas, hidratantes, controlo pH, absorvente, hidrofóbico e transporte de medicamentos), redes agrícolas (anti-inseto). A presente invenção pode ainda ser utilizada em argamassas, cimentos, tintas, vernizes, pavimentos, piscinas, (como fungicida, repelente, larvicida, hidrofóbico, resistência a tração e melhor ligação a armação), polímeros (como bactericida, biodegrabilidade, proteção UV, impermeabilidade a gases, permeabilidade a gases, condutividade elétrica, retardante de chama, hidrofóbico). Adicionalmente pode ser usada para tratamento de efluentes, farmacêutica como transporte de medicamentos, papel (como bactericida, fungicida, anti-odor, repelente, anti-micótico, retardante de chama, hidrofóbico, magnético) e eletrônica.
[040] A presente divulgação pode ser utilizada para funcionalizar os mais variados materiais de forma simples de aplicação, com grande eficácia e durabilidade.
[041] Em uma realização, o processo de obtenção de partículas de 40nm a 700nm compreende os seguintes passos: a) Dissolver em 40ml de água, 2g - 60g, mais preferencialmente 6 - 30g de metassilicato sódio pentahidratado ou nitrato dos elementos selecionados da seguinte lista (ex.: cálcio, ferro, cobre, prata, zinco, alumínio, ouro, titânio, sílica e suas misturas) ou sulfato dos elementos selecionados da seguinte lista (ex., magnésio, cálcio, ferro, cobre, prata, zinco, alumínio, titânio, sílica e suas misturas) ou cloreto dos elementos selecionados da seguinte lista (ex., prata, cálcio, magnésio, ferro, zinco, cobre, alumínio, ouro, titânio, sílica e suas misturas) sob agitação; b) Opcionalmente, adicionar 0,1g - 10g sob agitação durante 1-30 minutos de tensioactivo da seguinte lista: Triton™X100, Twenn® 20, 40, 60 e 80, poliéter, polietilenoglicol (PEG), óxido de polietileno (PEO), óxido de polietileno-óxido de polipropileno (PPO), álcool polivinílico (PVA), poli (vinilpirrolidinona) (PVP), Brometo cetrimónio, Dodecil sulfato de sódio (SDS), ou suas misturas à solução resultante do passo (a). c) Adição de 1-100 ml de princípio ativo/com posto funcional ou misturas de princípios ativos/com postos funcionais, preferencialmente estes podem ser diluídos em água, álcoois ou solventes; ainda mais preferencialmente de forma a melhorar a ligação entre as partículas e o princípio ativo adiciona-se l-200ml do seguinte grupo de silanos: (3- glicidiloxipropil) trimetoxissilano, octiltrietoxissilano, octiltrimetoxissilano, propiltrietoxissilano, propiltrimet-oxissilano, 3-aminopropiltri- etoxissilano, 3- aminopropiltri-metoxissilano, Hydrosil 2909, Hydrosil 2627, propiltrietoxissilano 3-glicidiloxi, Dynasylan F 8815, 3-metacril-oxipropil- trimetoxissilano , Dynasylan® HYDROSIL 2926, 3-Aminopropil-metil- dietoxissilano, 3- [dietoxi (metil) silil] propan-l-amina, 3- Glicidiloxipropilmetildimetoxissilano, 3-Glicidiloxipropilmetildietoxissilano ou suas misturas. d) Adicionar uma solução alcalina (ex. fosfato de sódio, amônia, hidróxido de sódio entre outros sais) para precipita à solução anterior sob agitação durante 30 minutos a 1,5h mas preferencialmente 50 - 80 minutos, preferencialmente uma solução com 20ml de água com 1g a 100g cloreto de amônia.
[042] Em uma realização, o processo de obtenção pode ser realizado apenas com a) e d), obtendo partículas para misturar com os ligantes e princípios ativos.
[043] Em alguns casos dependendo da aplicação pode-se secar ou filtrar as partículas.
[044] Na presente divulgação o princípio ativo pode ser escolhido do seguinte grupo: S repelentes tais como, etil-butilacetilaminopropionato, permetrina, deltametrina, p- 3,8-metano-diol, icaridina / Saltidin, N,N-dimetil-meta-toluamida (DEET), óleo citronela, metilneodecanamida, fipronil, empentrina, d-Aletrina, butóxido de piperonilo, transflutrina, braletrina, bifenotrina, piriproxifeno, imidacloprida, brodifacume, betrametrina, bmidacloprida, bromadiolona, bumatetralil, blocumafena, bipermetrina, citriodiol ou suas misturas; S fungicidas tais como óleo de aipo, clorexidina gluconato, cloreto de benzalcônio, óxido de zinco, óleo de árvore-do-chá, octilisotiazolinona, cloreto de di- ndecildimetilamônio, fenoxietanol, benzimidazol ou suas misturas; S antimicrobianos tais como: peróxido de benzoílo, óleo de aipo, clorexidina gluconato, cloreto de benzalcônio, óxido de zinco, óleo de árvore-do-chá, orto fenil fenol, 2-benzil-4-clorofenol, brometo de cetiltrimetilamônio, nitrato de prata, nitrato de zinco, nitrato de cobre, octilisotiazolinona, cloreto de di-N-decildimetilamônio, enoxietanol, quitosano ou suas misturas; anti-micóticos tais como: cetoconazole, terbinafina, sertaconazole, clotrinazol, fluconazol, itraconazol, fluconazol, nistatina, óleo de aipo, clorexidina gluconato, cloreto de benzalcônio, octilisotiazolinona, cloreto de di-N-decildimetilamônio ou suas misturas; S retardante de chama, tais como: borato de zinco, hidróxido de magnésio, hidróxido de alumínio, ácido bórico, polifosfato de alumínio, polifosfato de amônio ou suas misturas; S vitaminas, hidratantes, corantes; S protetores UV tais como: 1H-benzotriazol, trisiloxano de drometrizol, ácido p- aminobenzoico, cinoxato, dioxibenzona, homossalato, octocrileno, metoxicinamato de octilo, avobenzona, óxido titânio, óxido de zinco, benzofenona- 9, Bemotrizinol ou suas misturas; S aromas, óleos essenciais tais como: aipo, menta, laranja, maça, chá verde, aloevera, eucalipto, lavanda, limão, DL-Mentol ou suas misturas; S medicamentos tais como: ivermectina, diclofenaco, indometacina, piroxicam, naproxeno, alantoína, cafeína, ácido hialurónico, ácido salicílico, hidrogenia, picetoprofeno, lactato de amônio ou suas misturas; S larvicida tais como: 4-hidroxibenzoato de metila, temefós, diflubenzuron, novaluron, piriproxifeno, diflubenzuron, methoprene ou suas misturas; S anti-insetos tais como: metilneodecanamida, fipronil, empentrina, d-aletrina, butóxido de piperonilo, transflutrina, praletrina, cifenotrina, piriproxifeno, imidaclopride, brodifacume, tetrametrina, imidaclopride, bromadiolona, cumatetralil, flocumafena ou suas misturas.

[057] Verificou-se que apesar das lavagens a que material é sujeito a funcionalidade das mantem-se após as diferentes lavagens, estas propriedades são devidas à estrutura das partículas, processo de obtenção, composição e forma de obtenção.
[058] Exemplos de síntese.
[059] Exemplo 1: Partículas de sílica: adicionar de 1g a 20g de metassilicato sódio pentahidratado em 40ml de água e dissolver até obter uma emulsão.
[060] Para causar precipitação da emulação, adicionar uma solução a parte com 20ml de água e adicionar 1g a 50g cloreto de amônia, adicionar à solução anterior e deixar agitar durante 5 minutos a 120 minutos.
[061] Exemplo 2: Síntese de partículas de hidróxido de zinco: em 40ml de água dissolver de 1g a 200g de nitrato zinco ou sulfato de zinco agitar até dissolver.
[062] Adicionar de seguida Triton X100 de 0,1g a 5g e agitar durante 1 a 30 minutos.
[063] Para causar precipitação da emulação fazer uma solução a parte com 20ml de água e adicionar 1g a 50g cloreto de amónia, ou NaOH 50% de 5 ml a 100ml, adicionar à solução anterior e deixar agitar durante 5 minutos a 120 minutos.
[064] Exemplo 3: Síntese de partículas de sílica com outros materiais: adicionar de 1g a 20g de metassilicato sódio pentahidratado em 40ml de água e dissolver.
[065] Em seguida adicionar à solução anterior uma solução de 10ml a 100ml de água com 1g a 100g nitrato dos elementos selecionados da seguinte lista (ex. magnésio, cálcio, ferro, cobre, prata, zinco, alumínio, ouro, titânio, e suas misturas) ou sulfato dos elementos selecionados da seguinte lista (ex. magnésio, cálcio, ferro, cobre, prata, zinco, alumínio, titânio, e suas misturas) ou cloreto dos elementos selecionados da seguinte lista (ex. prata, cálcio, magnésio, ferro, zinco, cobre, alumínio, ouro, titânio, e suas misturas).
[066] Para causar precipitação da emulação, fazer uma solução a parte com 20ml de água e adicionar 1g a 50g cloreto de amónia, ou NaOH 50% de 5 ml a 100ml e adicionar à solução anterior e deixar agitar durante 5 minutos a 120 minutos.
[067] Exemplo 4: Síntese de partículas de sílica anti-micótico: adicionar de 1g a 20g de metassilicato sódio pentahidratado em 40ml de água e dissolver.
[068] Em seguida adicionar à solução anterior de 1 a 100g cetoconazole e 1 a 10ml de (3-glicidiloxipropil) trimetoxissilano.
[069] Para causar precipitação da emulação, fazer uma solução a parte com 20ml de água e adicionar 1 g a 50g cloreto de amônia, adicionar à solução anterior e deixar agitar durante 5 minutos a 120 minutos.
[070] Exemplo 5: Princípio ativo: (3-glicidiloxipropil) trimetoxissilano, octiltrietoxissilano, octiltrimetoxissilano, propiltrietoxissilano, propiltrimet-oxissilano, 3-aminopropiltri- etoxissilano, 3-aminopropiltri-metoxissilano, HYDROSIL 2909, HYDROSIL 2627, 3- glicidiloxi; propiltrietoxissilano, Dynasylan F8815, 3-metacril oxipropil-trimetoxissilano, Dynasylan® HYDROSIL 2926, 3-aminopropil-metil-dietoxisilano, 3- [dietoxi (metil) silil] propan-l-amina, 3-glicidiloxipropilmetildimetoxissilano, 3- glicidiloxipropilmetildietoxissilano ou suas misturas com etil-butilacetilaminopropionato, entre outros princípios ativos, são misturados v/v 10/90 ou 20/80 ou 30/70 ou 40/60 ou 50/50 ou 60/40 ou 70/30 ou 80/20 ou 90/10, este concentrado pode também ser diluído em água, álcoois ou solventes v/v a 10/90 ou 20/80 ou 30/70 ou 40/60 ou 50/50 ou 60/40 ou 70/30 ou 80/20 ou 90/10.
[071] Todos estes exemplos podem ser aplicados: S A aplicação destas partículas pode ser por pulverização ou imersão ou aditivação.
[072] Mistura em dispersão ou seco, com polímeros, tintas, argamassas, cimentos, papel, pasta papel, detergentes, têxtil, vernizes, cerâmica, cosméticos, eletrônica, sensores, vidro, construção civil, laminados, fraldas, absorventes higiênicos, compressos, dispositivos médicos, artigos farmacêuticos, entre outros.
[073] Exemplo aplicação em têxtil ramolagem, tumbler ou máquina de lavar: S Quantidade do exemplo 1,2,3,4,5: de 1g/l até 200g/l; S Ligante: 1g/l a 300g/l (ex. ((3-glicidiloxipropil) trimetoxissilano, octiltrietoxissilano, octiltrimetoxissilano, propiltrietoxissilano, propiltrimet-oxissilano, 3-aminopropiltri- etoxissilano, 3-aminopropiltri-metoxissilano, HYDROSIL 2909, HYDROSIL 2627, 3-glicidiloxi; propiltrietoxissilano, Dynasylan F8815, 3-metacril oxipropil- trimetoxissilano, Dynasylan® HYDROSIL 2926, 3-Aminopropil-metil-dietoxisilano, 3- [dietoxi (metil) silil] propan-l-amina, 3-Glicidiloxipropilmetildimetoxissilano, 3- Glicidiloxipropilmetildietoxissilano ou suas misturas).
[074] Secagem entre 20°C a 200°C.
[075] Exemplo aplicação em Tintas e Vernizes: S Quantidade do exemplo 1,2,3,4,5: de 1g/l até 300g/l, misturar e aplicar a tinta ou verniz.
[076] As realizações atrás descritas são combináveis entre si.
[077] A presente invenção não é, naturalmente, de modo algum restrita às realizações descritas neste documento e uma pessoa com conhecimentos médios da área poderá prever muitas possibilidades de modificação da mesma e de substituições de características técnicas por outras equivalentes, dependendo dos requisitos de cada situação, tal como definido nas reivindicações anexas.
[078] As seguintes reivindicações definem adicionalmente realizações preferenciais.
Claims (19)
1. Partícula funcional para ligação a um substrato caracterizada por compreender: ✓ 20 % p/v de um grânulo que compreende óxido ou hidróxido de um elemento selecionado da seguinte lista: sílica, magnésio, zinco, ferro, cobre, prata, alumínio, ouro, titânio, ou suas misturas com uma dimensão entre 90nm-500nm; ✓ 20-50 % (p/v) de um ligante selecionado de uma lista constituída por: (3- glicidiloxipropil) trimetoxissilano, octiltrietoxisilano, octiltrimet-oxissilano, propiltrietoxissilano, propiltrimet-oxissilano, 3-aminopropiltri-etoxisilano, 3- aminopropiltri-metoxissilano, 3-aminopropiltri-metoxissilano, 3-aminopropiltri- metoxissilano, 3-aminopropiltri-metoxissilano-oxi-oxi-oxiilano [dietoxi (metil) silil] propan-l-amina, 3-glicidiloxipropilmetildimetoxissilano, 3- glicidiloxipropilmetildietoxissilano, ou suas misturas, o qual liga o exterior grânulo ao substrato; ✓ 50-80 % (p/v) de um composto funcional/composto ativo ligado à superfície do grânulo, ao ligante, ou a ambos; em que o composto funcional/composto ativo é um composto selecionado a partir de: anti-mosquito/repelente/antiinsectos, fungicida, antimicrobiano/bactericida, anti-micótico, retardante de chama, protetores UV, larvicidas, hidrofóbicos, vitaminais, hidratantes, cosméticos, medicamentos, ou suas misturas; ✓ em que a dimensão da partícula varie entre 120 nm-250 nm.
2. Partícula, de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 1, caracterizada pelo ligante ser: (3-glicidiloxipropil) trimetoxissilano, octiltrietoxisilano, 3- aminopropiltri- etoxissilano, oligossiloxano organofuncional reativo em água, oligosiloxano fluoroalilfuncional, 3-aminopropil-metil-dietoxissilano (3-aminopropil-metil- dietoxissilano), 3-glicidiloxipropilmetildietoxissilano, ou suas misturas.
3. Partícula, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada pelo repelente ser selecionado entre: etil butilacetilaminopropionato, permetrina, deltametrina, p-3,8- metano-diol, icaridina/Saltidin, N,N-dimetil-meta-toluamida, óleo citronela, metilneodecanamida, fipronil, empentrina, d-alutrina, butóxido de piperonina, transfletrina, bifenotrina, piriproxifeno, imidacloprida, brodifacume, betrametrina, bmidacloprida, bromadiolona, bumatetralil, blocumafena, bipermetrina, citriodiol ou suas misturas.
4. Partícula, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada pelo fungicida ser selecionado da seguinte lista: óleo de aipo, clorexidina gluconato, cloreto de benzalcônio, óxido de zinco, óleo de árvore-do-chá, octilisotiazolinona, cloreto de di-N- decildimetilamônio, fenoxietanol, benzimidazol ou suas misturas.
5. Partícula, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo antimicrobiano ser selecionado entre: peróxido de benzoílo, óleo de aipo, clorexidina gluconato, cloreto de benzalcônio, óxido de zinco, óleo de árvore-do-chá, orto-fenil-fenol, 2- benzil-4- clorofenol, brometo de cetiltrimetilamônio, nitrato de prata, nitrato de zinco, nitrato de cobre, octilisotiazolinona, cloreto de di-N-decildimetilamônio, fenoxietanol, quitosana ou suas misturas.
6. Partícula, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada pelo anti-micótico ser selecionado de uma lista constituída por: cetoconazol, terbinafina, sertaconazol, clotrinazol, fluconazol, itraconazol, fluconazol, nistatina, óleo de aipo, clorexidina gluconato, cloreto de benzalcônio, octilisotiazolinona, cloreto de di-N-decildimetilamônio ou suas misturas.
7. Partícula, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada pelo retardante de chama ser selecionado de uma lista constituída por: borato de zinco, hidróxido de magnésio, hidróxido de alumínio, ácido bórico, polifosfato de alumínio, polifosfato de amônio ou suas misturas.
8. Partícula, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada pelo protetor UV ser selecionado de uma lista constituída por: 1H-benzotriazol, trisiloxano de drometrizol, ácido p-aminobenzoico, cinoxato, dioxibenzona, homossalato, octocrileno, metoxicinamato de octilo, avobenzona, óxido titânio, óxido de zinco, benzofenona-9, bemotrizinol, ou suas misturas.
9. Partícula, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada pelo medicamento ser seleccionado entre: ivermectina, diclofenaco, indometacina, piroxicam, naproxeno, alantoína, cafeína, ácido hialurônico, ácido salicílico, picetoprofeno, lactato de amônio ou suas misturas.
10. Partícula, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada pelo larvicida ser selecionado de uma lista constituída por: 4-hidroxibenzoato de metila, temefós, diflubenzuron, novaluron, piriproxifeno, diflubenzuron, metopreno ou suas misturas.
11. Partícula, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada por compreender ainda vitaminais, hidratantes, cosméticos, óleos essenciais ou suas misturas.
12. Composição, caracterizada por compreender as partículas descritas de acordo com as reivindicações de 1 a 11.
13. Composição, de acordo com a reivindicação 12, caracterizada por seu uso em medicina.
14. Composição, de acordo com a reivindicação 13, caracterizada por ser para o tratamento de infeções cutâneas, dermatites, feridas, úlceras nomeadamente pé diabético.
15. Composição, de acordo com a reivindicação 14, caracterizada por compreender ainda: um amaciante, um dispersante, solvente ou suas misturas.
16. Uso das partículas, de acordo com o descrito nas reivindicações de 1 a 11, caracterizado por ser como funcionalizador de vários materiais e melhorador do efeito do composto ativo ao longo do tempo.
17. Uso da composição, de acordo com o descrito nas reivindicações de 12 a 15, caracterizado por ser como funcionalizador de vários materiais e melhorador do efeito do composto ativo ao longo do tempo.
18. Artigos, caracterizados por compreenderem as partículas e/ou composições descritas nas reivindicações de 1 a 15.
19. Artigos, de acordo com a reivindicação 18, caracterizados por serem: artigos de vestuários, calçado, chapelaria, argamassas, polímeros, cerâmica argila, borracha, polímeros, tintas, cimentos, fármacos, vernizes, papel, pasta papel, dispositivos médicos, cosméticos, sensores, detergentes, laminados, fraldas, absorventes higiênicos.
