a presente invenção refere-se à análise de assinaturas questionáveis, destinada a proporcionar uma previsão compatível com a celeridade moderna para aceitar ou rechaçar como válida uma assinatura ao examinar a mesma a olho nu dentro de um documento de qualquer tipo, com referência alfanumérica ou sem referência, examinando para isso uma assinatura rubricada sobre um obstáculo(s) de qualquer figura geométrica e de qualquer tipo de material ou cor, colocado(s) e aderido(s) em/sobre um lugar do documento a ser visado ou em outro suporte externo ao documento a ser visado; em que o(s) dito(s) obstáculo(s) impede(m) o percurso normal do instrumento de tinta com o qual é executada a assinatura e cuja estrutura resultante da assinatura sobre o(s) obstáculo(s) é comparada com a estrutura da assi-natura questionada e/ou com a estrutura da assinatura que se considera idônea.
