Abstract

a invenção se refere a um processo de fabricação de uma carcaça para a realização por moldagem com cera perdida de uma pluralidade de elementos com pás (1) de turbomáquina de aeronave, compreendendo as seguintes etapas: a) realização de um conjunto (200) compreendendo um modelo em cera (100), assim como um dispositivo destinado a formar uma caçamba de fundição de metal (32b), e apresentando uma superfície de extremidade (40a); b) depósito de uma camada de revestimento em cera quente sobre pelo menos uma parte da superfície de extremidade (40a); c) formação da carcaça em torno do conjunto (200). além disso, o processo compreende entre as etapas b) e c) a utilização de uma etapa de estruturação da camada de revestimento, visando a reforçar a aderência entre essa camada (46) e a carcaça, e compreendendo a realização de cavados (62) e de ressaltos (60) sobre a camada de revestimento ainda maleável.
