Abstract
um dispositivo não invasivo para determinar a fertilidade e/ou o sexo de um ovo. esse dispositivo compreende meios para obter uma resposta espectral, específica à casca, para um sinal de luz incidente, o qual compreende meios de focalização configurados para focalizar o dito sinal de luz incidente em uma porção de superfície e/ou uma porção interna de pelo menos uma camada da casca, e meios para determinar a fertilidade e/ou o sexo do ovo como uma função da dita resposta espectral específica à casca.
