Abstract
método de criação de critérios de discriminação de grau de qualidade num dispositivo de discriminação de grau de qualidade aparente de material granular um método para criar critérios de discriminação de grau de qualidade num dispositivo de discriminação que determina graus de grau de qualidade de aparência de materiais granulares de acordo com a presente invenção inclui uma etapa de colocação de material granular para ordenar os materiais granulares numa base de grau de qualidade por grau de qualidade e colocar os materiais granulares numa superfície de captura de imagem da unidade de captura de imagem, uma etapa de aquisição de dados de imagem de captura de imagens dos materiais granulares colocados na superfície de captura de imagem pela unidade de captura de imagem e obtenção dos dados de imagem, uma etapa de aquisição de informação de classificação de grau de qualidade para obter, numa base de grau de qualidade, peças de informação de grau de qualidade nos respectivos materiais granulares com base nos dados de imagem; e uma etapa de criação de critérios de discriminação de grau de qualidade da criação de critérios de discriminação de grau de qualidade utilizando a informação de grau de qualidade obtida numa base de grau por qualidade.
