Abstract

trata-se de um sistema e aparelho para a fabricação de uma pá de turbina eólica (10) em que porções de uma pá, preferencialmente meias carcaças de pá (102), são formadas em moldes adequados (92), antes da transferência para uma estação de pós-moldagem onde as operações de pós-moldagem podem ser realizadas. as carcaças de pá são formadas no molde com flanges integrados (106) que facilitam o manuseio fácil das carcaças de pá (102) durante operações de fabricação subsequentes. também é descrita uma base de pá (80) de uma estação de pós-moldagem para receber uma carcaça de pá de turbina eólica (102), em que um aparelho de macaco de elevação (88) pode ficar localizado dentro da estrutura de base de pá para a aplicação de uma força de elevação em uma superfície de uma carcaça de pá (102) recebida na base, para facilitar o acesso a todas as seções da superfície da carcaça de pá (102).
