APARELHO DE TRANSFERÊNCIA E MÉTODO DE TRANSFERÊNCIA. Trata-se de um aparelho de transferência que compreende: meios para receber uma mensagem de solicitação de transferência de um primeiro elemento de rede; meios para enviar uma mensagem de indicação de transferência para um segundo elemento de rede enquanto envia uma mensagem de confirmação de recebimento de transferência para o primeiro elemento de rede. A presente revelação gerencia a redução do atraso de transferência com a finalidade de permitir a transferência rápida para conectividade dupla.
