Abstract
CODIFICAÇÃO DE ÍNDICE DE CORES PARA CODIFICAÇÃO DE VÍDEO BASEADA EM PALETA. Em codificação baseada em paleta, um codificador de vídeo pode formar uma denominada "paleta" como uma tabela de cores representando os dados de vídeo de um bloco dado. O codificador de vídeo pode codificar valores de índice valores de pixels de um bloco atual de dados de vídeo, onde os valores de índice indicam entradas na paleta que representam os valores de pixel do bloco atual. Um método inclui determinar um número de entradas em uma paleta, e determinar se um bloco de dados de vídeo inclui quaisquer pixels de escape não associados a qualquer entrada na paleta.
